Testimonials

  • Charles Carlin, Technical Director, Wheelabrator (Retired)

The Shot Peener is a wonderful journal, one I’ve enjoyed for years. But old age (I’m 92) suggests that it’s time to give it up. I do so with sadness and regret. (This testimonial was sent to us during a subscription renewal program.)

  • Molded Masking Manager, Quality Engineering Services

“I really enjoyed your article in The Shot Peener about the new materials coming into the field and especially the aluminum lithium alloys. Now even I can put my two cents into some hi-tech material conversations!”

News

  • Dominic Cimino receives the 2017 Shot Peener of the Year award

Dominic Cimino, Regional Manager of the North America Shot Peening Group for Curtiss-Wright Surface Technologies, received “The Shot Peener of the Year” award for two reasons. The first reason is his substantial contributions to the advancement of peen forming and shot peening. The second reason is because he was nominated by not one, but four of his work associates.
